How Evolution Finance works
The money from the loan is paid to the participating hardware store directly by Evolution as payment for the building or remodeling supplies you purchased there.
You will only be responsible for paying interest on the portion of the loan that has been utilized during the first six months of the loan duration. After then, the amount of your installment is going to be computed based on the total amount that is still owed, and it is going to be a set amount up until the loan is completely repaid.
To assist you in paying for labor and other associated costs, you are eligible to receive up to thirty percent of the total loan amount in cash.

To apply for Evolution Finance you will need the following:
- Valid SA ID or driver’s license.
- RICA Number of the registered cell phone.
- Your most recent payslip and bank statement displaying the most recent three salary deposits; OR the most recent three months’ worth of bank statements (if you are self-employed).
You are eligible to apply if:
- You either have a job that is permanent, you are self-employed, or you have a contract job.
- You receive a monthly salary of at least R 3,600 and have that amount electronically deposited into a bank account.
- It is possible that you are as young as 18 or as elderly as 64.
